When does my 72-hour trial clock actually start?
Your 72-hour trial does not start at signup, and does not start when you connect your website. It begins only when your first actual website update request is accepted by our team.
Do I have to give you my website password?
No. You don't need to share your personal website password. We guide you through giving brandDigi dedicated, revocable access (like a WordPress Application Password or collaborator invitation) that you can revoke at any time.
Do I need to enter credit card details for the trial?
No credit card or payment details are collected for the trial. After your 72-hour trial, you can explicitly choose to continue on our monthly plan (₹2,999/month in India, $49/month in the USA).
What kind of updates do you handle?
We handle routine content updates: adding or editing text, changing prices, updating hours, replacing photos, publishing announcements, and updating contact details.

WordPress Application Password (Recommended)
Application passwords allow brandDigi to make updates without accessing your main account password.
- Log into your WordPress admin dashboard (
/wp-admin). - Go to Users → Profile (or Edit User).
- Scroll down to Application Passwords.
- Type
brandDigi-updatesinto the new password name field and click Add New Application Password. - Copy the generated 16-character code.
Zero-Credential Web Security
Do not enter passwords on this website. brandDigi never stores website credentials in web forms or databases. Once you complete setup, you will share this code directly in your first update message to @brandDigi on your chosen chat channel. You can revoke it anytime.
Collaborator Invitation
Invite brandDigi as a scoped editor or collaborator. No passwords are exchanged.
